    Sea Buckthorn Fruit Oil – Natural oil from Nordic berries

    A carefully produced, high-quality sea buckthorn oil made from sun-ripened berries grown in Nordic regions. The oil has a naturally complex composition, containing various fatty acids as well as plant-based compounds such as carotenoids and flavonoids.

    Sea buckthorn berries are known for their naturally rich composition. The fruit oil contains both monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, including palmitoleic acid (omega-7), which occurs naturally in the berry.

    With its distinctive color and composition, sea buckthorn oil is a valued addition to a daily routine and can also be used externally as a skin oil.

    Usage

    Can be used both internally as a food supplement and externally as a skin oil. Avoid contact with light-colored textiles, as the natural color of the oil may cause staining.

    Dosage

    Recommended daily dose: 1 ml.
    To be taken with a meal.
    Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
